About Chris Gillis

Chris Gillis is a Principal at The Clinical Group, where he leads the firm's New York market. An investment sales and healthcare real estate specialist with more than a decade of experience, he advises owners, operators, and investors on the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical and healthcare properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Long Island.

Over his career, Chris has closed more than $600 million in transactions throughout the New York metro area. Before joining The Clinical Group, he was a Director of Investment Sales at Ackman-Ziff and a broker at SERHANT. He has played a central role in several high-profile deals, including record-setting development site and portfolio sales in New York City.

Chris is a regular media presence, most recently featured on Netflix's Owning Manhattan, beginning with the series premiere. Before entering real estate, he worked in oil and metals trading at Glencore, one of the world's largest commodity producers and traders. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Connecticut
(UCONN).
