He is a trusted advisor to physicians, medical groups, hospitals and investors for their Medical Real Estate and has been one of the pioneers leading the charge for more optimal solutions for the Healthcare Real Estate Industry since previously launching Cresa’s Medical Practice Group in 2013. Jonathan was named to NJ Biz’s 2025 People to Watch in Healthcare
He has been involved in the more than 2,000,000 square feet of acute-care and outpatient clinical space negotiations with values of approximately $1 Billion on behalf of his many specialty physician & hospital clients.
