Prior to joining The Clinical Group, Matt spent five years as an associate with Cushman & Wakefield, based in East Rutherford, where he advised clients on leasing assignments and market strategy throughout northern New Jersey, working closely with brokerage teams on both landlord and tenant representation.

At The Clinical Group, Matt specializes in real estate services for physicians, medical groups, hospitals, owners, developers, and investors — advising clients across leasing, purchase, and sale transactions. His background gives him a strong command of the New Jersey market and a sharp eye for identifying opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and guiding clients through the complexities of healthcare real estate transactions.

Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Pace University.
