An experienced commercial real estate broker and advisor, Randy specializes in office & healthcare leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining The Clinical Group, Randy spent 11 years at NAI James E. Hanson, and worked as an operations facility manager for a manufacturing company and spent 7 years as a real estate advisor for a northern NJ boutique real estate firm. Since 2003, Randy has conducted over 200 CRE lease and sale transactions. In addition to completing market evaluations on office, industrial, retail, and investment properties, he offers consulting services for financial modeling, negotiation, equity and debt restructuring, and capital markets. Randy is co-president of CREA United (formerly NJ Commercial Real Estate Alliance), a collaborative real estate organization of 10 groups representing various sectors within CRE. Together, these groups include over 80 member firms forming the backbone of commercial real estate. His partner, Darren, leads the Corporate, Healthcare, and Office Divisions. Together Randy and Darren have delivered many diverse CRE projects valued in the billions from inception to completion.Randy earned a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE)—with a concentration in real estate finance and investment—from New York University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2007. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Jersey.
