Lizzack-Horning joins The Clinical Group to lead med properties

The Clinical Group continues to grow, building out its staff with top brokerage team Lizzack-Horning leading a new segment.
The Landlord Representation & Investment Sales division adds to sister companies Clinical Medical Real Estate Solutions, Clinical Advisory Group and Clinical Development. The Hackensack-based business announced its latest additions Nov. 13.
Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning will lead the medical properties segment as principals.

Most recently with NAI James E. Hanson, Team Lizzack-Horning will serve health care-specific landlords and investors as leads of the new medical properties division, The Clinical Group said. Their current team member, Katie Alexander, also joins as client coordinator.
Established in 2014, the award-winning brokerage team has negotiated more than 200 office and health care leasing and sales transactions.
Last week, NAI Hanson announced Lizzack-Horning secured a 2,411-square-foot lease. The team represented the landlord in the deal will bring Dentistry for Children to North Bergen. According to that firm, over the past 30 months, the team closed 91 real estate sales and leasing transactions. The deals total more than $45 million in value, NAI Hanson said.
Other prominent clients the team has worked with include Hackensack Meridian Health, Holy Name, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hudson Regional Health, Fresenius, Fertility Institute of New Jersey, Bergen Ambulatory, Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, Skin & Laser Care of NJ and Eye Care Associates of New Jersey.
New opportunities
Welcoming the duo, The Clinical Group founder and CEO Jonathan Marks described them as two of the state’s most trusted and respected commercial real estate brokers — “especially in the health care sector.”

Medical real estate and health care advisory The Clinical Group serves physicians, medical groups, hospitals and investors. It operates with a strong focus on data analytics and tech enablement.

In May, Michael Swanson also joined the team from CBRE.
